Thassa's Oracle Combos

Thassa's Oracle is one of the most iconic recent combo cards, that required Inverter of Truth to be banned in the Pioneer format. Only requiring a total of 3 Mana to pull off, it's easy to see why it is so strong.

When Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, cast Demonic Consultation in response to the triggered ability, then name a card you don't have in your deck. Your deck will then be exiled so that you have 0 cards in your library when Thassa's Oracle's ability resolves.

This card works similarly to Demonic Consultation, but it requires you to have no cards in your library with matching names (which includes lands).

To combo with Hermit Druid you need to run a deck with no basic lands. This would mean once you activate it, you will put your entire library into your graveyard, then you just have to cast Thassa's Oracle for the win.

Casting Leveler and then Thassa's Orcale requires the most mana, but you could find a way to cheat Leveler into play by using cards like Reanimate, to make this much easier to pull off.

Inverter of Truth as a combo piece that requires you to have less cards in your graveyard than you have devotion to Blue when Thassa's Oracle resolves. The upside to Inverter of Truth is that as long as you have at least one card in your graveyard when Inverter of Truth resolves then you can cast Thassa's Oracle on your following turn.
