This card is a good alternative win-con that unlike normal White win-cons, requires you to lose life instead of gaining it. This card can be used in conjunction with a few different cards to make sure you survive until your life total becomes 1.
Permanent
Both of these options require you to have a creature in play to stop your life total being reduced below 1. Worship has the added benefit of letting you use a creature that is harder to remove, but Fortune Thief has the Morph ability allowing you to catch your opponent(s) by surprise. These have the benefit over Instant combos of being able to protect you over multiple turns, but have the disadvantage of having to be on the battlefield which makes them easier to interact with.
Instant Speed
Each of these can be used to prevent you losing the game through combat damage or life loss. Angel's Grace being the best option for stopping you losing this way with the lowest mana cost, and can only be countered by very limited options. Stunning Reversal does have the downside of being exiled after use but being able to restock your hand by drawing 7 cards can really increase your options for survival.
Activated
This is probably the least likely option for this combination since you would have to activate Vraska, Relic Seeker's -10 ability on your turn, leaving you vulnerable to your opponents until your next turn. This does have the added benefit of being able to be used aggressively, and has a removal ability of it's own.
